Kinetico received a Christmas present right before the big day. On Christmas Eve, Drew Scott of Property Brothers fame posted a video about his Kinetico system on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Check out “At Home with Linda and Drew Scott” on YouTube (see video below).
Drew is so enthusiastic and articulate, and he has wonderful things to say about his Kinetico water and Kinetico systems. How did this come about? Shortly after Drew’s twin brother Jonathan Scott had Kinetico systems installed in his homes, Drew reached out to Kinetico wanting a whole house system for his homes too. Jonathan was so excited about his water, he totally convinced Drew he needed a Kinetico system as well. It’s the perfect example of the power of a testimonial and referral.

We have done 600+ renovations for the show and probably 100 outside of the shows, but for me to actually have this for my own home is such an amazing thing. Because I’ve always had to fill a jug to put in the fridge or on the counter and fill 10 times a day and it’s such a pain. And the water is just ‘meh’ , its just whatever your city water tastes like, but this is so delicious. What I actually love is how quickly that fills. “The ease of having the reverse osmosis system in the drinking water here at the faucet, plus we have a pot filler as well for pasta or anything else we’re doing over the range. It’s so much easier and its delicious. You put in the minerals you want into the water and something alot of people don’t realize, our whole house we’ve softened the water so that strips all of the stuff out of the water which makes it less hard because of the calcium build up and all the hassles that we have. But then when you do a reverse osmosis system, you can put the minerals that are ‘good minerals’ back in for you to drink. And it’s jus the system underneath the sink – this is all you need for the reverse osmosis drinking water. It’s small, it’s under the sink, and there’s a sensor over here to alert you for a water leak under the sink. But I like that it’s simple, it’s underneath here.
“We did a whole home solution which softens our water because as we were constantly having our showerheads and our faucets calcify, and it would stop running and so we’d have to bring someone in for that. Our steam shower stopped working several times because the unit completely calcified from the hard water. So by stripping all of that out and softening the water, it feels better on my skin and I’m not dried out like I used to be. It doesn’t calcify all of our faucets or showerheads. And on top of that, the fact that we have this reverse osmosis system that is just so delicious and if fills up fast, we’re just about at Christmas here and I’m like a kid in a candy store. This is my gift to me for the holiday. Hopefully I’ve educated you on what you can do about the water in your house. Who knew if your water, if its hard, can actually dry you out? That seems weird that water would dry you out but I feel so much better now after showering with this water. And now with the drinking water, it’s built in so I don’t have to be refilling (a portable filter pitcher). This is so much easier. my water is making my life easier in my house. Hopefully you’re going to get some better water in your house too.”
